Hyperion 1, Inc. is a privately owned residential and light commercial development company. We develop primarily residential structures in the Los Angeles area with focus on Bel Air, Sherman Oaks, Santa Monica and certain surrounding areas. While we do not work for-hire to the general public, we do provide consulting services for construction and property inspections on a for-hire basis.
Hyperion 1 has been in the business of building and remodeling residential properties for nearly 2 decades. As an owner builder, we only build or develop properties which we own all or part of and do not work for hire to the general public.
